Taxx Pros Inc. would like to introduce you to our team members as follows:
A graduate of California State University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting, Efrain holds the following licenses and certifications: Enrolled Agent (US Treasury- Internal Revenue Service); State of California Insurance License and Notary Public; General Securities Licensing (a.k.a. "Stock Broker"); Chartered Financial Consultant and working on his Registered Investment Advisor and Chartered Life Underwriter designations. Efrain has been a licensed tax practitioner since 1993. Efrain is fluent in English and Spanish. He also speaks French and Chinese on some days if you listen carefully.
Efrain enjoys serving others, travelling and providing an objective opinion for his family and friends. Efrain has served in various leadership roles (e.g. Director of Public Relations; Finance Council; Teacher) with non-profit organizations including youth amateur athletics and his local parish and Diocese of San Bernardino. His favorite sport is baseball and has a personal card collection of over 20,000 items. Even in his spare time, you'll find Efrain playing a good game of Monopoly or Battleship with his lovely, yet competitive daughters, Xochitl and Xitlalitl. (By the way, the "XX" in TaXX Pros, Inc. was inspired by the love and support these future shareholders have for their father's endeavor.)
After 20 years in the financial services industry, Michael joins the Taxx Pros Team full-time in 2008 as a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance. Michael possesses the expertise and experience to assist clients with all of their accounting, finance, tax, and investment needs. His extensive knowledge of accounting, finance and tax principles, leads to accurate preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, foreign exchange transactions, and budgeting. This proficiency will prove invaluable to both our small business and individual clients, who are looking to get their finances in order.
Mike is currently working on obtaining his General Securities Licensing, but has actively managed/invested his own money since 1987. He has extensive knowledge in many of the investment vehicles we offer clients under Empire Securities Corporation including: annuities, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, municipal securities, options, partnerships, and private placements. Mike takes a proactive approach to anticipating what is coming down the pipeline in the future. He generates a continuous flow of innovative new ideas and can lead them to full implementation.
In his "downtime", you can find "Mike" volunteering for his kids' various activities including coaching baseball and assisting the Cub Scouts. His hobbies include: baseball, boating, and water sports, selling on eBay, and keeping up with the latest investment trends and opportunities.
A graduate of El Dorado College, German holds a State of California CTEC license and is currently working toward achieving the coveted "EA" designation. EA stands for Enrolled Agent. An EA is the only professional to be recognized and directly licensed through the US Treasury - Internal Revenue Service. As a founding Taxx Pros Team Member, German has served our family of diverse clients for over 6 years as a tax preparer and consultant. He holds certifications in Business Administration, Mortgage Loan Processing, and Tax Preparation. German is fluent in English and Spanish.
German enjoys playing competitive sports like baseball/softball and basketball. As wells as actively raising his very young children that he hopes to mold into active and well-intentioned young adults one day. German and his family are registered parishioner's of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Chino Hills, CA.
A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, Adaris also holds a State of California Insurance License to proudly serve the needs of our individual and business clients with their life and health insurance needs. She is currently working on obtaining her General Securities Licensing in order to assist our team in addressing our clients' individual investing needs. Adaris proactively assists the Taxx Pros Team and clients to ensure streamlined communications and workflow to meet client needs and time sensitive project management. Additionally, Adaris is fluent in the English and Spanish languages to better serve our diverse clientele.
Adaris enjoys the outdoors, travelling and spending quality time with her family and friends. When her study schedule permits, she is an avid mountain bike rider and frequently tackles the wilderness trails to get her "cardio workouts".
