Efrain V. Moreno, EA, ChFC
A graduate of California State University, Pomona, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting, Efrain holds the following licenses and certifications: Enrolled Agent (US Treasury- Internal Revenue Service); State of California Insurance License; General Securities Licensing; and Chartered Financial Consultant. Efrain has been a licensed tax practitioner since 1993. Efrain is fluent in English and Spanish.
As an Enrolled Agent, Efrain has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service by passing a three-part comprehensive IRS test covering individual and business tax returns. Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards. Only Enrolled Agents, Attorneys, and CPAs have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every three years.
Adaris Ayala, CFO
A graduate of California State University, Los Angeles, Adaris also holds a State of California Insurance License to proudly serve the needs of our individual and business clients with their life and health insurance needs. Adaris is licensed by the California Tax Education Council as a professional tax preparer. She leads the Taxx Pros Team and proactively assists clients with their regulatory reporting and compliance needs. Adaris is also fluent in English and Spanish languages to better serve our community.
